Как осуществляется страхование грузов при мультимодальных перевозках?

Любые поставки застрахованы: страховая компания возместит ущерб клиенту при утрате, повреждении или гибели груза.

Конкретный список рисков зависит от страховой программы и типа груза: например, для ценных товаров требуется расширенная страховка. ILC сотрудничает с надежными страховщиками: «Росгосстрах и Капитал», «Ресо-Гарантия» и «ПАРИ» страхуют мелкогабаритные грузы, а «СОГАЗ», «ИНГО» и «Ренессанс Страхование» — крупногабаритные.

Какие документы необходимы для мультимодальных грузоперевозок?

Список документов, которые нужны для таможенного оформления, зависит от товара, страны, типа транспортировки. В стандартный пакет обычно входят:

транспортная накладная;
счет-фактура;
упаковочный лист;
сертификат происхождения;
транзитная декларация;
экспортная декларация.

Для некоторых товаров могут потребоваться таможенное гарантийное обеспечение и другие документы.

Как проходит мультимодальная грузоперевозка

Доставка грузов несколькими видами транспорта состоит из следующих этапов:

Вы подаете заявку, а наши сотрудники делают предварительный расчет стоимости услуг.
Мы составляем и согласовываем маршрут, рассчитываем итоговую стоимость.
Принимаем товары.
Готовим груз к отправке и погружаем на первый транспорт.
Перегружаем товары на другое транспортное средство.
Проходим таможенное оформление или сообщаем о прибытии вашему представителю на таможне.
Передаем товары получателю.
Стоимость услуг по текущим заказам не меняется в процессе транспортировки. Если возникают дополнительные издержки в пути, мы берем их на себя.
